Information Providers consent to the collection, storage, usage,
disclosure, processing, and transfer of their SPI for purposes
outlined in this Policy by executing a consent letter provided by
us.

Financial details (e.g., bank account, PAN card) Passwords for
company systems Sexual orientation, health conditions, medical

Providers can contact designated personnel for more details on
security practices.
Data Retention
SPI is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes
collected, unless legal requirements dictate otherwise.
Changes to Policy
We may revise this Policy without specific notice. Revised
policies are effective upon posting on our website or intranet.
Grievance
Ms. Neetu is appointed as the Grievance Officer. Information
Providers can contact neetu@saiphia.com for grievances, questions,
or concerns regarding SPI processing.
