Applicability
This Policy applies to employees, business partners, vendors, dealers, customers, etc. (‘Information Providers’) who disclose SPI to us for lawful business requirements.

Purpose
This Policy explains how we collect, receive, store, transfer, handle, and use SPI provided by Information Providers.

Consent
Information Providers consent to the collection, storage, usage, disclosure, processing, and transfer of their SPI for purposes outlined in this Policy by executing a consent letter provided by us.

Name, contact details, employment history (for employees) Financial details (e.g., bank account, PAN card) Passwords for company systems Sexual orientation, health conditions, medical records Biometric information Purpose of Collection



Purpose of Collection
SPI may be used for:


Company operations, HR administration Compliance with policies, regulations Mergers, acquisitions, business transfers Legal, judicial, regulatory compliance Tax administration IT services, agreements administration Investigating illegal activities, fraud prevention, law enforcement Sharing and Transfer SPI may be shared with group companies, business associates, and third parties within and outside India for lawful purposes as mentioned.

Security
We use reasonable security practices to protect SPI. Information Providers can contact designated personnel for more details on security practices.

Data Retention
SPI is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes collected, unless legal requirements dictate otherwise.

Changes to Policy
We may revise this Policy without specific notice. Revised policies are effective upon posting on our website or intranet.

Grievance
Ms. Neetu is appointed as the Grievance Officer. Information Providers can contact neetu@saiphia.com for grievances, questions, or concerns regarding SPI processing.
